Terms & Conditions (B2B) – 88Craftstore

These Terms & Conditions govern all business transactions between 88Craftstore (“Seller”) and its customers (“Buyer”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Agreement

These terms apply to all quotations, orders, and agreements related to the sale of goods by the Seller. Any additional or conflicting terms from the Buyer are not binding unless agreed in writing.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller

  • Orders may be confirmed via email, invoice, or written agreement

  • The Seller reserves the right to reject or cancel any order

3. Pricing

  • Prices are quoted in agreed currency (USD unless stated otherwise)

  • Prices do not include shipping, insurance, duties, or taxes unless specified

  • Prices may change without prior notice before order confirmation

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in the invoice or agreement

  • Accepted methods may include bank transfer or approved payment gateways

  • Production may begin only after receipt of agreed payment (full or deposit)

  • Late payments may result in delays or order cancellation

5. Production and Lead Time

  • Production timelines vary depending on order size and customization

  • Estimated lead times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed

  • Delays caused by force majeure or external factors are not the Seller’s liability

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) are defined in the agreement

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions

  • Risk transfers to the Buyer according to agreed Incoterms

  • The Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance

7. Inspection and Claims

  • The Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt

  • Any claims for defects or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Claims must include supporting evidence (photos, documentation)

  • No claims will be accepted after the stated period

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing

  • Refunds or replacements are subject to evaluation by the Seller

  • Custom or private label orders are non-refundable

9. Product Variations

  • All products are handmade; slight variations in color, size, and finish may occur

  • Such variations are not considered defects

10. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and materials remain the property of the Seller unless otherwise agreed

  • Buyer’s private label or custom designs are handled per agreement

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied

12. Force Majeure

The Seller is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the Seller’s registered business jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
